About KiTEC PEX Pipe
KiTEC composite pipe is amulti-layered pipe combining polyethylene (PE) and aluminum (AL) with adhesivelayer. By combining the two materials along with adhesive layer, KiTEC pipeavoids the unaccepted thermal expansion and deformation of plastic pipe. At thesame time it retains the flexibility, frost resistance and ease of useassociated with plastic.
KiTEC Composite PE-AL-PEX PR-Pipes are manufactured as per IAPMO IGC-India 309-2014, the specification for Polyethylene/Aluminium/Cross linked Polyethylene (PE-AL-PEX) Composite Pipes. The manufacturing range and dimensional details are same as KiTEC Composite Pipes (IAPMO IGC -308).
The Pipes, black in colour on outer layer and orange colour in the inner layer with continuous red line, are UV resistant and can be safely used for outdoor as well as concealed installations.
KiTEC pipe offers numerous advantages that combine to provideextremely simple & rapid installation requiring for fewer fittings reducingpotential leakage points as compared to conventional piping systems. By usingcoiled lengths of KiTEC pipes which are available in 200 meters, the need ofmany bending fittings is eliminated which leads to fewer joints & higherflow.
KiTEC Composite PE-AL-PEX Pipes can be used for all the applications of KiTEC Composite PR Pipes (ISI marked)PR Pipes. In addition to this, these Pipes are suitable for other applications such as solar panel piping, where the operating temperature can be up to 95oC.
Engineered for Tough EnvironmentsKiTEC PEX Pipes withstand harsh environmental conditions thanks to their UV resistance and corrosion-proof construction. Whether installed above ground or underground, the pipes guarantee reliable performance in both commercial and agricultural settings, delivering water or other fluids safely year-round.
Broad and Versatile ApplicationsThese rigid pipes cater to a range of applications, from large-scale agricultural irrigation systems to commercial fluid transport. With their robust material composition and generous lengths, KiTEC PEX Pipes help streamline installations and maintenance, optimizing efficiency for users throughout India.
